Job Description:

• Customer account analysis

• Contact with countries, various UPS entities, and departments

• Cooperation with customers, collectors, and operations

• Preparing daily reconciliations

• Preparing data and documentation for GL postings

• Direct debit processing from different bank platforms

• Preparing refunds for customers and documentation for AP
  

We expect from the applicants:

• Good command of English and Dutch (written and spoken)

• Problem-solving attitude

• High data entry accuracy

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Ability to work in a team

• Good time management skills

• Very well-organized

• Basic knowledge of accounting

• At least 6 months of employment in the current position in GBS (for internal candidates)
