About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and AI-driven Supervisor, Talent Insights & Strategic Reporting to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making efforts across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, CRM, job site analytics, and workforce planning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, business acumen, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a solid technical foundation. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects, proactively identify blockers, evaluate multiple solutions, and provide recommendations before escalating issues. Beyond reporting and dashboards, this individual will serve as a trusted business partner, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve decision-making, streamline processes, enhance reporting products, and identify new ways to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of analytics, reporting, dashboards, and strategic reporting solutions.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data driven solutions.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through thoughtful analysis.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, proactively driving deliverables and removing roadblocks.
- Assess complex problems, evaluate multiple solution paths, and make recommendations based on data and business impact.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvement, and data quality initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows, reporting products, business recommendations, and decision support.
- Guide team members while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels of leadership.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reporting and analytics solutions.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably C1 or above.
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel,
- Power Query, and Power Apps.
- Prepared for recruitment posting and recruiter alignment
- Experience working with ATS systems, preferably Workday and Fountain, and CRM tools such as
- Phenom.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, data models, and reporting automation solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and deliver scalable, reliable reporting solutions.
- Minimum experience: at least 2 years.
Tools & Experience
- • Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, Power Query, and Power Apps.
- • ATS systems experience, including Workday and Fountain.
- • CRM tools experience, preferably Phenom.
- • Dashboard development, data modeling, reporting automation, and data quality validation.
- • AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve insights, decision-making, productivity, and reporting
- products.
