Job Description:
Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Responsibilities:
- This position works with UPS systems and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that garnishment deductions are accurate and employees receive the appropriate payments.
- Supports U.S. payroll garnishment processes.
- Maintains the confidentiality of payroll information.
Profile Requirements:
- Final-year student, technologist, or professional in administrative-related fields.
- Intermediate English level (B2 – spoken and written).
- Previous payroll experience (6 months preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of union contract language and non-union compensation plans (preferred).
