The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking three candidates for a Temporary Sr. Admitting Clerk for the College of Dentistry. This position is not benefit eligible.

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma.

Computer proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Must have excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills and can multitask. Work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.

This position will manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk of the College of Dentistry:

-Cashiering duties and daily deposits.

-Patient registration, create charts and collect required documentation.

-Customer services-answering multi line phones.

-Scheduling appointments.

-Front facing integrations with patients, students and staff members.

Hourly rate starting at $17

Office hours will be M-F, on one the following schedules:

8am-5pm; 7:30am-4:30pm, and 7am-4pm.
