Required Education and Experience

The candidate who fills the Advancement Assistant III position is required to have:

• High School degree or equivalent

• 1+ years of data entry experience, including regular use of Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to details and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of data organization and record maintenance

A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required due to travel responsibilities of the position. UTFI reserves the right to consider all appropriate circumstances. In general, any significant driving offense less than 12 months old will eliminate the application from consideration for the position.

Preferred Education and Experience

In addition to meeting the required qualifications, the preferred candidate will have:

• Experience working with databases and systems, like Salesforce or similar donor databases

• Familiarity with nonprofit or higher education fundraising environments

• Experience supporting gift processing or advancement services operations
