The College of Nursing (CON) at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, the state’s flagship research institution, seeks an Undergraduate Programs Associate who can provide administrative and program evaluation support to the College of Nursing's undergraduate faculty and academic programs (ABSN, RN to BSN, and TBSN). Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs and the Program Directors, this position will streamline program administration, ensure program success through data management and faculty support, managing the day-to-day schedule for Directors of ABSN, RN to BSN and TBSN programs and support ongoing undergraduate program initiatives in the College of Nursing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in related field
- 1+ years' experience as an administrative professional in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 2+ years' experience as an administrative professional in Higher Education
Work Location: Knoxville, TN – onsite
Compensation and Benefits:
- UT market range: MR05
- Anticipated hiring range: $42,000 - $45,000

Administrative Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the program Director(s), including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and recording and distributing meeting materials.
Provide administrative support (collecting data, preparing materials, taking minutes, maintaining files, etc.) for UG/CON related meetings.
Oversee and organize ordering and distribution of student materials for undergraduate nursing students.
Manage and maintain online program communities for students and faculty.
Update and maintain student and faculty online program community sites including faculty and student enrollment, posting pertinent deadlines, announcements and updating forms.
Support faculty in the RN to BSN, TBSN and ABSN programs with administrative tasks.
Program Evaluation
- Create and distribute surveys to support program operations and growth.
- Assist UG Program Directors with Upper Division Student Orientations
- Collaborate with College of Nursing Student Services to track and manage data for external surveys and reports (admission, enrollment, graduation, alumni)
- Maintain centralized electronic files for all course materials collected each term.
