This position will serve as an Administrative Support Aid to assist in the daily operations of the VolCard Office and Campus Vending. This position will provide service to students and staff on an acceptable level . This position is responsible for incoming calls to the VolCard Office, ID production and account payments. The Administrative Support will verify Vending Commissions for incoming Commission Statemements, and will respond and report all Vending calls to appropriate Vendors.
This position is part time (24 hours per week).

Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma; with strong customer skills
- Experience: Must possess a mobile phone (Android or Apple)
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Be proficient in Customer Service. Be adept in mobile device technology. Have basic cashiering knowledge, good computer skills, and general accounting knowledge.

- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Be proficient in Customer Service. Be adept in mobile device technology. Have basic cashiering knowledge, good computer skills, and general accounting knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits
- UT market range: MR04
- Anticipated hiring range: $19.00/hour (24 hours per week)

- Customer Service that includes answering the telephone and waiting on customers.
- Provide specific information regarding VolCard access, ID's, VolCard accounts and eligibility, and institutional policies and procedures.
- Direct questions outside the realm of the VolCard Office to the appropriate personnel.
- Verifying Commission Statements, applying credits and debits to the VolCard Accounts, either departmental accounts or individual accounts
