The Production Digital Press Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-volume digital printing and finishing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures the consistent production of high-quality printed materials while meeting customer specifications, production schedules, safety requirements, and university quality standards.
The position requires strong technical expertise in digital press operation, workflow management, bindery and finishing, preventive maintenance, and quality control across complex production systems.

Required Qualifications
- Education: High School – Vocational training
- Experience: 3 – 5 years
- Knowledge of advanced digital press operation, color management, calibration, and production workflows. Skill in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues on high-volume production printing equipment. Ability to optimize press performance, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality standards. Ability to train and support operators or student employees on equipment operation and safety procedures. Knowledge of bindery and finishing equipment setup, adjustment, and safe operation.

- Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots high-volume digital printing equipment and associated finishing systems to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.
- Responsible for setup, calibration, color control, workflow execution, preventive maintenance, quality assurance, and safe operation of complex production machinery including digital presses and bindery equipment.
- Ensures all work meets customer specifications, production deadlines, safety requirements, and university quality standards.
