EDUCATION: MD or DO Degree.

LICENSES: Board certified in Family Medicine. State of Tennessee licensure.

Duties include teaching, patient care, administration, community service, and research/scholarly activities. The primary role is the supervision of residents in the outpatient practice location for continuity clinic and performance evaluation.
