Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree and two years of experience.
Excellent computer skills, people skills and strong customer service skills
Willing to travel
Ability to lift and load boxes
Detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Available to work some evenings & Saturdays

Preferred Qualification
Experience with Banner

Minimum hiring rate $43,888.00 (Market Range 07) Salary commensurate with education and experience.


Job Duties include:
Develop and coordinate strategic recruitment initiatives for the designated territory to attract a diverse group of new students to UT Martin;
Travel to high schools, college fairs, and other recruiting events to identify prospective students;
Counsel a diverse set of prospective students, parents, and high school counselors about the admissions process;
Execute an outreach plan, including outbound calling and emailing students and high school counselors;
Visit with and give campus tours to prospective students, families, and groups;
Communicate with prospective students and their families by email, phone, social media, and direct mail concerning admissions, financial aid, housing, and academic programs;
Conduct admission group and individual presentations on the UTM undergraduate student application process and distinctive academic and programmatic features of the UTM campus to students, parents, and school counselors;
Assist Support staff as needed;
Occasional overnight travel for recruitment;
Other duties as assigned.
