Job Description

Non-Tenure or Tenure-track faculty position. Responsibilities include supporting the clinical and didactic teaching of residents and dental students, trauma call coverage, scholarly activity, and service.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates must have DMD or DDS degree.

Must have completed a CODA-accredited advanced education program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Candidates must be American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certified or active candidates for board certification. Applicants must be able to obtain a Tennessee dental license.

Salary and Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Oral surgery teaching experience with graduate dental students and post-doctoral residents preferred.

•Advanced skills in both outpatient and inpatient oral and maxillofacial surgery preferred.
