POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated college, graduate, and postgraduate interns to support the implementation of our Workday scheduling system across our property operations. This hands-on internship provides exposure to enterprise HR technology, project management, change management, and operational support. Interns will assist with data conversion, end-to-end (E2E) testing, employee training, and on-site rollout activities at park locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students, interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data entry, validation, and data conversion activities to support the Workday implementation.
  • Support the development and update of Job Aids, User Guides, SharePoint Communication Site, etc.
  • Assist with end-to-end (E2E) testing by executing test scripts, documenting results, identifying issues, and validating system functionality.
  • Support implementation teams during system rollout at multiple park locations.
  • Travel to assigned locations to assist with go-live activities and provide on-site support.
  • Train managers and employees on the new scheduling system using prepared training materials.
  • Present project updates, testing results, and implementation status to project leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with troubleshooting user questions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Document processes, maintain testing logs, and support project documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and project teams to ensure a successful implementation.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Information Systems
  • Information Technology
  • Project Management
  • Or a related field
  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting information to supervisors, managers, and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel during implementation and rollout periods.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interest in HR technology, enterprise software, or business systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Previous customer service, training, or leadership experience.
  • Experience working on team projects or school organizations.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise applications is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic implementation environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Confidence facilitating small group training sessions.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50–75% during implementation and go-live periods.
  • Ability to work on-site at theme park locations as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout park properties during rollout support.
