As a Dental Hygiene instructor, you will train students in your field of expertise using accepted and approved instructional methodology.

We’re seeking a dental hygiene professional, to join the Dental Hygiene associate degree Program at our Nashville Campus.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Teaching courses assigned in clinical and lab settings only, instructs and evaluates students, develops students’ skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades.

• Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings).
• Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.
• Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.

Education/Experience Needed:

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in dental hygiene.
• At least five (5) years of practical work experience in the field.
• Dental hygiene licensure qualifications compliant with the State of Tennessee Board of Dentistry, along with current CPR-Healthcare Provider certification.
