The Senior Manager, Dealers is responsible for overseeing and developing strategies related to the growth of the dealer network within the business development organization. This role involves managing dealer development, dealer partner management, and contract implementation.
Essential Functions
1. Create the strategy and oversee program implementation for all Pilot dealers
2. Lead initiatives for expanding and optimizing the dealer network by addressing gaps and strategically expanding or consolidating dealer locations.
3. Partners with real estate and development teams to identify, evaluate, and execute new site opportunities.
4. Completion of all administrative functions related to management of the dealers while operational, including interface with each dealer and maintaining accountability to Pilot standards.
5. Maintains a capital budget exceeding 20+ million annually
6. Maintain high levels of collaboration between various operations partners for dealer operations, including fuel accounting and maintenance
7. Acts on behalf of Pilot as an external representative for the sale or acquisition of all Pilot dealers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- MBA or equivalent preferred
