- Participate in stakeholder meetings, share updates, and communicate action items to other teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support upcoming promotions and coordinate signage execution schedules.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring accurate project status updates are provided.
- Coordinate marketing asset distribution and scheduling with vendors, agencies, and content management tools.
- Assist the marketing team in meeting creative deadlines and deliverables by providing necessary assets and ensuring proper execution.
- Review and approve vendor print proofs, verifying them against signage orders for accuracy.
- Input design requests, create order forms, build traffic sheets, and develop channel execution plans to support monthly marketing campaigns.
- Support one-off store orders and handle additional assigned tasks.
- 2-3 years of work experience in marketing content management
