The eCommerce Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing customer journeys across our eCommerce platforms and third-party digital partners. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence enterprise initiatives, streamline operational initiatives, and accelerate our digital presence. You will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights to drive optimal performance, and supporting strategic projects, platform launches, and operational improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize customer journeys across eCommerce platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Pilot OLO, and the Pilot mobile ordering system
- Assist in third-party digital platform (3PD) launches
- Provide weekly reporting on 3PD performance, analyzing KPIs and insights to drive business growth
- Support training initiatives, execution processes, and site management
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and scalability via guest feedback
- Develop consumer insights programs to refine strategies
- Oversee menu management and pricing implementation
- Contribute to the growth strategy for Pilot Mobile Ordering
- Strong working knowledge of 3PD systems and their applications
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about eCommerce, digital commercialization, and driving sales growth
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in food service or retail (quick service, fast casual, or casual dining preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and cross-functional departments
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of data analytics experience preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking and compiling presentations
- Experience managing under deadlines that required the organizing of multiple tasks, collaboration, and objectives
- Proficiency with Word and Excel is required; proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint is preferred
- Good decision-making skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving approach
- Ability to take initiative and work with confidence
This position is on-site Monday-Friday 8-5
