Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and improve employee performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).
• Experience with PKMS (Process Knowledge Management Systems) or similar platforms.
• Previous experience in emergency response planning and execution within an industrial setting.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and process optimization tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities:
