Job Summary/Basic Function
The Specialist-Graduate Recruitment coordinates and implements graduate recruitment activities in support of enrollment objectives established by the Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Graduate Studies. The position assists with recruitment communications, event coordination, prospect management, CRM administration, enrollment reporting, and outreach activities designed to support graduate student recruitment and enrollment efforts. The Specialist collaborates with academic programs, marketing personnel, and enrollment staff to facilitate recruitment initiatives and provide operational support throughout the recruitment process.
Required Education
Bachelor's and Master's degrees required.
Preferred fields of study include: Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Mass Communications, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
Required Related Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in student recruitment, enrollment management, or a closely related field
