Job Summary/Basic Function
The clinical experiences and partnership specialist is responsible for arranging clinical placements for various College of Education programs, in collaboration with faculty, students, and P-12 partners. The specialist will also manage the process of updating and maintaining clinical experience partnership agreements with partner schools, districts, and other education-related organizations in accordance with State Board Rule and Policy. Assist in collecting and reporting clinical practice data for state and national accreditation. This position performs administrative tasks consistent with teacher and educator preparation policies and procedures, and performs other related tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in education preferred.
Required Related Experience
Three (3) years progressively responsible experience working with P-12 school personnel required.
Desirable Related Experience
Three (3) years experience working with university students teacher licensure or in a school/district human resources setting helping credentialed educators seek/maintain teaching positions preferred.
