About the Opportunity

Easley Transportation Company is looking for a motivated college student to join our Accounting team this fall! This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world accounting practices within the transportation and logistics industry.

You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work with software developed by our very own startup company! We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable to new technology, and excited to explore innovative accounting techniques and processes.

No previous accounting work experience required!

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and billing.
• Support daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Learn and utilize our proprietary startup software.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with or working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software, techniques, and evolving processes.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to gain experience.
