About ExploriGuides
ExploriGuides is a curriculum startup founded by camp pro Amy Lee, a former out-of-school childcare director and school administrator with a vision to bring extraordinary programming to camps everywhere. We’re on a mission to create hands-on experiences, wild experiments, and projects that spark imagination, inspire innovation, and invite joyful play. Our curriculums are designed specifically for out-of-school spaces – camps, after-school programs, enrichment classes, and clubs.
Extraordinary Adventures. Effortlessly Planned.

Our Educational Philosophy
At ExploriGuides, we believe children learn best through play. We value hands-on, experiential learning that encourages questions, celebrates curiosity, and emphasizes the process of learning over producing a perfect end result. We believe some of the most meaningful growth happens when children have the freedom to tinker, experiment, imagine, create through joyful exploration.
Above all, we believe summer camp should be wildly fun. Joy isn’t separate from learning – it’s what makes learning memorable. The laughter, friendships, shared discoveries, and unforgettable moments children experience at camp build confidence, foster a love of learning, and create memories that last long after summer ends. Our goal is to help every child leave camp feeling curious, capable, connected, and excited to keep exploring.

Our Commitment to Inclusion
ExploriGuides is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, abilities, faiths or no faiths, family structures, and lived experiences because we believe diverse perspectives strengthen our team and help us better serve the children, educators, and communities who inspire our work. We are committed to creating products and a workplace where all children, families, and educators feel seen, respected, and valued.
Our mission is to create meaningful learning experiences that reflect the richness and diversity of the world children live in. We value team members who embrace that mission and are excited to help create thoughtful, welcoming materials that celebrate different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives with authenticity, care, and respect.
