Key Responsibilities
Create a warm, personalized guest experience from arrival through farewell.

Guide guests confidently through the food, wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic menus, providing accurate information and thoughtful recommendations.

Take and enter orders accurately, communicate allergies and special requests, and coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar.

Maintain attentive, polished table service, including beverage service, course delivery, clearing, resetting, and check presentation.

Monitor the assigned section continuously, anticipate guest needs, and address delays or concerns promptly and professionally.

Prepare the dining room and service stations by completing all assigned opening duties, stocking supplies, and confirming that tables meet standards.

Complete assigned closing duties, checkout procedures, cleaning, restocking, and section inspections.

Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, wine, spirits, cocktails, and service standards.

Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, barbacks, support staff, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service.

Maintain standards for appearance, communication, cleanliness, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Attend Line Up, tastings, training sessions, and family meal prepared, punctual, and ready to contribute.

Take ownership of mistakes and guest concerns, involving management when necessary and helping find a thoughtful resolution.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($13.00) plus tips
