Claims Processing Representative

Immediate opening for a full time Claims Processing Representative at our Germantown, TN location. Job duties include but not limited to sending out claim forms, EOB’s, along with processing secondary medical insurance claims in accordance to Medicare and Medicaid benefit rules. Data entry into various insurance portals for electronic claim submissions along with pulling the corresponding medical records to finalize claim submission.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and equivalent with 6-12 months of data entry or medical office experience preferred • 10-key proficiency • Type a minimum of 35 wpm • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes and ICD-10 codes preferred • Demonstrates work habits that include punctuality, organization, and flexibility • Ability to maintain balanced performance in areas of production and quality • Analytical reasoning and flexibility • Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
