Essential Job Functions

Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Label, date, and store products using food safety standards
Follow FIFO, temperature, and sanitation guidelines
Keep all kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized
Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
Communicate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
Handle guest concerns professionally and assist when needed
