We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a small medical-device company that has been in business for 15 years. This role works closely with company leadership, field representatives, hospitals, and vendors to help ensure that inventory, surgical case support, documentation, and operational activities are handled accurately and efficiently.

The Operations Associate will have a hands-on role across inventory management, field logistics, sales-agency support, order processing, vendor coordination, and quality-system activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate medical-devices inventory requests and support scheduled surgical cases.
Prepare, pack, ship, track, and receive product sets and replenishment inventory.
Maintain accurate records of inventory locations, field assignments, case usage, returns, and availability.
Coordinate with field representatives regarding case requirements, inventory needs, returns, and follow-up.
Maintain organized sales-agency records, agreements, contact information, territories, and related documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding inventory needs, order status, delivery schedules, and supply issues.
Support quality-system activities, including complaint intake, nonconforming product control, quarantine activities, CAPA support, and related recordkeeping.
Maintain accurate and traceable operational and quality documentation to support company processes and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
Previous experience in operations, inventory managament, logistics, healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated environment is preferred but not required.
