Roulhac’s Preschool & Childcare is a privately owned preschool tucked right here in Memphis, TN 38120 — and we’re on the hunt for our newest team member! We’re a rewarding, creative, family-oriented, and downright fun place to work (yes, we mean it — ask anyone here!).

Our mission? To make every child’s first steps into “big kid school” joyful, memorable, and packed with learning — so they walk into kindergarten confident, happy, and excited for what’s next. Our Preschool and Junior Kindergarten programs bridge the gap between home and kindergarten, wrapping meaningful learning experiences in a cheerful, giggle-filled environment where a love of learning gets to take root and grow.

We have an immediate opening (pending background check) for a full-time Teacher Assistant, and we’d love to meet you if you’re fun-loving, patient, responsible, dependable, committed, and — most importantly — you love, love, LOVE working with little ones!

What you’ll need:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A current health physical
• Experience working with children ages 12 months–5 years
