Pay
$37.26 - $43.47 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule
The candidate hired must be able to pick-up all three shifts and can expect to work to cover full-time employee PTO and special projects. The exact number of hours per week will vary.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services (EHS) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to our employees, promoting wellness and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The RN will respond to medical emergencies, perform post-offer physical examinations, provide case management, assess for return to work, manage the medical aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, and assist in health-related programs.
- Workers’ Compensation case management
- Working as liaison with the safety department
- Administering drug/alcohol tests as necessary
- Conducting pre-employment physicals and drug screens
- Coordinating and participating in various health and wellness programs
- Securing medical files and maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Providing first aid treatment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years nursing experience
- Current Tennessee RN License
- CPR certified
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle frequent interruptions
- Computer proficient
Preferred Qualifications
- COHN or COHN-S certification Case Management certification
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
