THE ROLE
The Truth is seeking a part-time Accessibility Coordinator to help ensure every guest can enjoy a safe, welcoming, and accessible experience at our venue. This role serves as the venue's primary accessibility resource, supporting guests, employees, and venue leadership in creating an inclusive environment for all.
Working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, department leaders, and Live Nation's National Accessibility & Inclusivity team, the Accessibility Coordinator helps oversee accessibility programs, guest accommodation, staff training, and venue readiness while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Serve as the venue's primary accessibility resource, supporting guests, employees, and venue leadership before, during, and after events.
Support the Guest Services team by performing general guest services responsibilities during events, including assisting guests, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service, while serving as the venue's accessibility resource as needed.
Partner with Live Nation's National Accessibility & Inclusivity team to implement accessibility programs, maintain service standards, and support compliance with ADA and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with Guest Services, Security, Box Office, Food & Beverage, Production, and other venue departments to ensure accessibility accommodations and services are delivered seamlessly.
Respond to accessibility-related inquiries and accommodation requests, while serving as a point of contact for guests and employees who may need assistance.
Conduct routine venue assessments to help identify accessibility barriers and opportunities to improve the overall guest and employee experience.
Assist with staff training initiatives and help promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all guests.
Fosters positive experiences for guests, staff, and other stakeholders in a manner that establishes the venue as a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment
Complete post-event reporting, track trends, and provide recommendations that support continuous improvement of accessibility programs and services.

Understanding of ADA requirements and accessibility best practices preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or within accessibility-focused programs is preferred.
A collaborative, team-first mindset and willingness to support venue operations as needed.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying equipment.
Preferably able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques, but not required.
