LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

This is a contract assignment from June through December 2026.

THE JOB

We’re seeking a freelance Senior Brand Manager to join Greenlight from June through December 2026, covering a leave of absence for a key team member. The work is project-based, with defined scopes, real ownership, and the expectation that you hit the ground running.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Own end-to-end execution of brand partner projects and sponsorship activations, managing timelines, coordinating across internal teams, and driving work forward from brief through final delivery

  • Oversee production of content deliverables including long-form & social content, digital assets, and music festival activations — hands-on and detail-oriented throughout

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned brand sponsor partners, building trust quickly and keeping clients informed, confident, and well-served

  • Develop and present polished client-facing project updates, communicating proactively and surfacing issues before they become problems

  • Review creative and content assets against brief and brand standards, giving clear, useful feedback and holding a consistent quality bar

  • Work collaboratively across a large organization, showing up engaged and prepared in cross-functional meetings and keeping shared workstreams on track

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 5 - 7+ years in account management at an integrated, creative, or experiential agency (Account Supervisor level or equivalent)

  • Hands-on experience with content production, including social and digital content, comfortable being in the details, not just reviewing from a distance

  • Background in brand partnerships, sponsorship, or experiential/activation marketing, live event or music, and entertainment experience a genuine plus

  • Self-directed, organized, and proactive - you see what needs to happen, keep everyone informed, and make it happen without waiting to be asked

  • A clear communicator and natural collaborator — warm with clients, straightforward with your team, and good at giving feedback

  • Comfortable in Google Workspace, Basecamp, Slack, and standard virtual meeting platforms

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
