THE ROLE
Veeps Inc. is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment. We’re seeking a performance-driven Live Selling E-Commerce Specialist with hands-on experience using WhatNot to manage and optimize VEEPS live shopping events. This role blends on-camera selling, community engagement, product merchandising, and real-time analytics to drive revenue growth through live auctions and direct sales. This individual is comfortable hosting frequent live streams, understands buyer behavior, and can scale sales through strategic show planning and audience retention tactics.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Live Show Hosting & Execution
Host and co-host live selling events incorporating the VEEPS media brands while maintaining high energy and audience engagement. Ship relevant purchases as needed.
Present products clearly, demonstrate features, and drive bidding momentum
Manage live chat interactions, audience questions, and buyer incentives
Execute auction pacing strategies to maximize revenue per session
Coordinate giveaways, flash deals, and bundling strategies
Store Optimization
Curate product listings and packages optimized for buyer demand and media brand demos
Develop show themes and schedules aligned with audience preferences
Optimize product sequencing to maintain viewer retention
Collaborate on pricing strategies for auctions vs. buy-now formats
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor KPIs during and after each show including sell-through rate, average order value, bid velocity, viewer retention, and revenue per hour streamed
Provide post-show analysis and strategic recommendations
Test new formats and engagement tactics to improve conversions
Community Growth
Build and maintain a loyal follower base
Engage repeat buyers through loyalty incentives
Collaborate with influencers or guest hosts to expand reach
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote upcoming shows
Provide customer feedback insights to product teams

The expected compensation for this position is:
$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
