Job Summary:
Responsibilities
Direct + manage show marketing: print, radio, digital, street, contesting, + guerilla
Lead social media + content strategy/execution to build + continually expand reach and engagement
Employ marketing strategies/tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaigns
Book photographers and videographers to capture show and brand content
Propose and manage marketing budget
Negotiate and place media buys across a variety of channels including display and mobile, social media, paid search, video and streaming, out of home, digital and print media outlets, and radio
Establish and maintain relationships with radio stations, print and digital media outlets, local businesses, and vendors that fit the venue's promotional needs, brand awareness objectives, and budget
Direct and finalize messaging and creative for all visual brand assets in collaboration with the design team
Organize and promote non-touring events
Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed
Execute all marketing items required of the venue in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager for a calendar of 200+ shows
Monitor ticket sales, ROI, social media and web engagement, and communicate with artist teams and internal departments in order to drive ticket, restaurant, and retail sales
Search for community engagement opportunities
Update website
Send newsletters
Keep track of announces and on sales
Manage interns if applicable
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Music Marketing experience with emphasis on digital
Confident, passionate and sense of humor
