Integrity Music Publishing Internship
Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid possible)
Duration: Spring 2026 (Jan – April)Compensation: Unpaid (Academic credit available, if applicable)
About Opportunity
Are you passionate about worship music and interested in the world of music publishing?
Join the Integrity Music Publishing team as an intern and gain real-world experience managing a catalog of over 35,000 songs. From new song turn-ins to tracking releases, you’ll play a key role in the creative and administrative process that brings worship songs to life.
What You’ll Learn
- Catalog Management: Listen to new songs and accurately input metadata (tags, splits, lyrics, writers, etc.) into our DISCO platform.
- Creative Support: Schedule and manage songwriting sessions (writes) with detailed calendar invites and communication between writers and publishers.
- A&R Strategy: Collaborate with the Publishing team to strategize pitching songs for opportunities beyond the writing room.
- Studio Stewardship: Help maintain Integrity’s writing rooms (Studio A & B), ensuring they're clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Team Collaboration: Support the broader A&R and Publishing teams with weekly tasks like lyric submissions, asset organization, and more.

Qualifications
Internship Requirements
- Education: Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Music Business, Songwriting, Creative Arts, or related program.
- Experience: No prior experience required – just a fast learner with a heart for worship and attention to detail.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with publishing terms (e.g., work-tape, demo, co-write, splits)
- Comfortable with PC or Mac
- Willing to learn DISCO catalog software (very user-friendly)

Working Conditions: On-Site/Hybrid
- Schedule: 10–20 hours per week
- Working Hours: Generally, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but some evening/weekend flexibility may be needed
- Work Conditions: Comfortable office or remote work environment; requires attention to detail and light physical activity (studio room resets, etc.)
