About Opportunity
Are you passionate about music—and curious about the world behind the songs? The Integrity Music Copyright & Publishing Team is offering a rare, hands-on internship that provides practical experience in music licensing and publishing within a faith-based, professional environment.
This internship is designed to equip students with real-world skills in music licensing—covering everything from mechanical, print, and synchronization licensing to international translation approvals. You’ll learn the full lifecycle of licensing and clearance, work with clients, and gain insight into both the administrative and creative sides of music publishing.
What You'll Do

Draft and process various music licenses and approval requests

Organize and input historical licensing and translation data into internal systems (Box)

Assist in international translation approvals for Integrity Music’s global catalog

Collaborate with clients and partners to close licensing projects

Support additional tasks as needed across the Publishing and Copyright teams

Network with professionals across departments including A&R, Marketing, Design, and Label Services

Qualifications
Internship Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accredited university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Major in Music Business or related field preferred

Must have completed at least one Music Publishing and one Copyright Law course

This internship is unpaid and for school credit only
Skills & Qualifications

Foundational understanding of music publishing and copyright concepts

Passion for music—especially Christian music

Experience with Microsoft Excel and strong online research skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear, professional communication

Positive attitude, flexible, and eager to learn

Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks
Bonus: Previous internship experience is a plus!
