About Opportunity

Are you passionate about music, digital media, and the power of social platforms? Integrity Music is offering a hands-on internship experience where you'll gain real-world knowledge of how we use social media and DSPs (like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music) to drive growth for our artists, brands, and organization. This is your chance to work with a team that is passionate about worship music and dedicated to sharing it with the world.

Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in pitching music to DSPs (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.)
• Update and manage Spotify artist profiles
• Create and maintain curated playlists
• Support international DSP pitches through FUGA
• Perform digital data entry, reporting, and social media tasks
• Collaborate with the Digital Team under the supervision of Alaina and Zach

What You'll Learn

• How music is pitched to major DSPs
• Profile and playlist management for artists on Spotify
• Playlist creation and curation under our VERTICAL playlist brand
• How to use tools like Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Amazon for Artists, and FUGA
• Basics of digital reporting and data organization for music releases
• Behind-the-scenes digital marketing strategies in the Christian music industry

Requirements

Education: Studying music business, communications, marketing, or a related field

Experience: Familiar with social media platforms and digital music services; bonus if you’re an artist or have experience with DSPs

Tech Skills: Ability to operate on PC, Mac, and mobile; experience with Excel or spreadsheets
