What You'll Learn & Do

Assist in entering and managing music metadata for the Integrity and Label Services catalogs
Review, correct, and ensure accuracy in music metadata
Support uploading and cataloging of assets including audio, STEMS, and artwork
Collaborate with our Operations and Technology teams on special projects
Take part in other music catalog and metadata-related tasks to broaden your knowledge

Qualifications

Internship Requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Completion of at least 2 years of college in a Music Business or Business degree program

Experience & Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with databases and music metadata
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable contributing individually and within a cross-functional team
Energetic, curious, and eager to build a strong music database

Internship Conditions

Work is generally performed in a cubicle office or co-working environment
Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) but must have flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
