About Opportunity
Are you passionate about the music industry, production workflows, and getting metadata right? Join the Integrity and Label Services team for a hands-on internship where you'll gain insight into the planning, processes, and entry of data and assets used in real-world music releases.
This is a unique opportunity to work on actual catalogs, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your portfolio with experience in music data, digital assets, and production coordination.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Assist in entering and managing music metadata for the Integrity and Label Services catalogs
- Review, correct, and ensure accuracy in music metadata
- Support uploading and cataloging of assets including audio, STEMS, and artwork
- Collaborate with our Operations and Technology teams on special projects
- Take part in other music catalog and metadata-related tasks to broaden your knowledge

Qualifications
Internship Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of at least 2 years of college in a Music Business or Business degree program
Experience & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with databases and music metadata
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable contributing individually and within a cross-functional team
- Energetic, curious, and eager to build a strong music database

Internship Conditions
- Work is generally performed in a cubicle office or co-working environment
- Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
- Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) but must have flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
