Also, part of the Integrity Music family of brands, David C Cook a non-profit ministry dedicated to equipping the global church & Group Publishing a leader in vacation Bible school curriculum and creates a wide variety of award-winning, faith-based content, products and experiences for kids, teens and adults.
Position Overview
The Music Catalog Coordinator supports our production team by ensuring our music catalog is accurate, organized, and prepared for digital distribution. This role helps maintain the integrity of metadata and digital assets for both our internal label and external partners. The work includes coordination across systems like OpenPlay, FUGA, YouTube, CCLI, Musixmatch, and more helping bring worship music to churches and believers around the world.
What You'll Do
- Ingest and manage detailed catalog data across multiple platforms
- Ensure metadata and digital assets are clean, consistent, and well-organized
- Support music onboarding for partners and service providers
- Serve as a bridge between departments—Marketing, A&R, Finance, Operations
- Assist with ongoing data cleanup, auditing, and quality control
- Step in for production meetings and contribute to planning and coordination
- Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving digital systems

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, catalog management, or administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to communicate clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiarity with OpenPlay, Asana, Teams, or Box is a plus
- A heart to serve, willingness to learn, and a spirit of excellence in all you do
