David C Cook, a global Christian nonprofit, is seeking a dynamic Program Development Senior Manager to lead the development, implementation, and expansion of innovative discipleship and child engagement programs—like our Life-on-Life curriculum and Story of Jesus. What You’ll Do:

  • Design & Develop: Create impactful, age-appropriate curricula and training materials grounded in biblical truth and aligned with our mission.

  • Lead Program Execution: Oversee successful rollouts and coordinate logistics for training sessions and global implementations.

  • Drive Program Growth: Build strategic partnerships, identify funding opportunities, and spearhead strategies to grow reach and engagement.

  • Evaluate & Improve: Set performance metrics, gather feedback, and generate data-informed reports for continuous improvement.

  • Train & Support: Empower regional trainers and volunteers around the world with guidance, training, and practical resources.

  • Be a Voice: Represent David C Cook at conferences and events, advocating for the spiritual formation of children worldwide.

  • Lead Teams: Support and guide international contractors and collaborators across Africa and Asia.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Education, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in program design and management, preferably in nonprofit, education, or ministry

    • Strong track record of curriculum development and training

    • International experience and cultural sensitivity preferred

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional project management and communication abilities

    • Able to lead diverse, cross-functional teams

    • Passionate about discipleship and child engagement

    • Tech-savvy and highly organized

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to travel internationally occasionally

  • Physically able to participate in off-site events, lift light materials, and move around various work environments
