Essential Functions
• Demonstrated healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of market dynamics, customer expectations, solutions, and requirements within the pharmaceutical segment.
• Proven experience leading Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and pricing‑related initiatives.
• Strong background in strategy, segment marketing, and solution development, with direct application in the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing and/or leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable, quantifiable business outcomes.
• Exceptional business acumen, including deep knowledge of the global pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape; strong ability to analyze and synthesize data and translate complex insights into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences. Knowledge of FedEx processes and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders and teams informed and aligned.
• Experience developing and executing lane‑based pharmaceutical roadmaps and plans aligned to customer segments and market requirements.
• Creative and effective in developing executive‑level content, dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility.
• Broad network of industry contacts and a track record of success as a goal‑driven, collaborative partner.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of project development and program management disciplines.
• Proficient in applying Quality‑Driven Management (QDM) techniques across work efforts to drive disciplined execution and results.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare market, pharmaceutical segment, and customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Pharma segment of the Healthcare Industry - Preferred: Pharma manufacturing or Cold Chain Freight Forwarding Experience
Experience leading complex global programs
Demonstrated business results (proven revenue and profit growth experience)
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Additional Details: This position will be remote. This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
