Description

Provides project management leadership for elements of thesoftware application demand processes. Supports the synchronization, communication and business relationship of the portfolio strategies that flow to development teams (ARTs).

Essential Functions

  • Supports the decomposition process of priority initiatives (epics) from the portfolio Kanban through further definition, prioritization, and impact assessment.
  • Provides risk assessment, drives alignment of key dependencies, and reports progress status from the backlog to the governing bodies.
  • Develops and delivers communications to all level through executive management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative discipline required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years’ experience in a technical or professional position that includes two (2) years leading end-to-end cross-functional projects/programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong leadership, analytical, planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and software skills including use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Must be able to collaborate with all business areas with demonstrated ability to influence and inform team and stakeholders.

Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy.

Program/project management experience.

Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to act autonomously with little or no instruction or oversight required.


Preferred Qualifications: Program/project mgmt experience. Strong planning and organizing abilities. Strong working knowledge of MS Office apps. Strong presentation, facilitation & interpersonal skills. Strong written & verbal communication. Ability to lead without positional authority. Ability to act autonomously with no instruction/oversight. Strong business acumen; able to see the "big picture" of how software/system demand impacts FEC operations.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $15,607.31/month New York Pay Range: $4,600.74/month - $15,607.31/month New York City Pay Range: $5,811.46/month - $15,607.31/month Colorado Pay Range: $4,600.74/month - $14,957.01/month

Additional Details: This position can be remotely domiciled anywhere in the U.S.
