At Danny Wimmer Presents, we don’t just put on festivals—we create unforgettable experiences where music, fans, and brands come together in epic ways! We are currently looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, can meet urgent deadlines, and shines under pressure. Passion for music is essential, as we offer long-term growth opportunities for individuals willing to learn from the ground up.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all visual assets for Danny Wimmer Presents, including admats, signage, social media graphics, print and digital ads, LinkedIn posts, merchandise and onsite festival design. This role supports every department by executing daily creative requests, developing campaign visuals, and designing branded materials for partners and sponsors. The Graphic Designer also helps manage the creative workflow, establishes SOPs, and plays a key role in building and maintaining the DWP brand identity across all platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across multiple formats including admats, social graphics, digital billboards, print ads, signage, merchandise, and internal communications — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team in weekly planning meetings to understand campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and execute against clearly defined creative briefs.
  • Support experiential and on-site creative needs, including branded activations, environmental graphics, custom merchandise, and specialty design projects.
  • Execute revisions efficiently based on internal feedback while maintaining creative integrity and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear communication on progress and timelines.
  • Support the development of campaign creative by adapting core concepts across multiple formats and audience touchpoints.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand systems by adhering to established guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.

Workload Expectations

This role requires flexibility during festival season or announcement season, when design needs to move quickly across multiple festivals and campaigns. Occasional nights or weekends may be required as deadlines approach lineup announcements, marketing launches, or event weekends. This role will embrace the creative rush of live events and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into visually striking campaigns
  • Adaptable under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Excellent communicator who can both take and give constructive feedback
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the music, entertainment, or lifestyle brand space.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics or web design experience is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across print, digital, and merchandise.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for music, live events, and culture is a big plus.
