The Temporary Member Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day functions of CMA’s membership community by ensuring accurate member records, supporting the invoicing and payment process for members, and providing excellent customer service to the community. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, people-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Schedule: 24 hours/week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00am to 6:00pm
Timing: September 15, 2026 - December 15, 2026 with possibility to extend into 2027
Location: CMA Headquarters (Nashville, TN)
Pay Rate: $22/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership Operations:
- Process member applications, changes to company rosters, and account updates.
- Generate membership invoices and process dues payments.
- Maintain accurate member records inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM, updating employment information, contact information, and company affiliation.
- Support data cleanup and process improvements.
- Assist with membership reporting, member engagement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Membership and Industry Relations team as assigned by Senior Manager, Member Experience.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics as requested by Senior Manager, Member Experience.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and other departmental resources.
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation for the department.
- Assist with special projects and provide operational support during peak periods and major CMA events.
Communications and Events:
- Assist in developing membership communications, ensuring members are informed about timely updates, events, and news.
- Coordinate communications related to company roster renewals, changes, and maintenance.
- Monitor shared membership inbox and respond to inquiries and questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date information on member site, including upcoming events and news.
- Assist with event registration, RSVP management, attendee lists, name badges, and other administrative event logistics.
- Support onsite membership operations during events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years’ experience in administration, customer service, membership management, or other relevant experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics/CRM experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
