Software Engineering Intern
The Software Engineer Intern will support our Retail Tech team to help modernize our technology ecosystem by identifying, documenting, and retiring obsolete code and infrastructure artifacts.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
· Identify and archive legacy code repositories
· Archive build pipeline projects
· Collaborate with software engineers, analysts and quality analysts
· Conduct research on archival best practices
· Effective documentation of processes
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled as a junior is a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of development or scripting languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell preferred
Desired Skills:
Effectively communicate blockers and concerns to the team and proactively solicit guidance for more complex
problems.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn; rapidly improve and apply what you have learned.
