ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Communicate with lenders and update records in internal systems.
- Perform annual notary audits to ensure compliance.
- Create and format reports using data queries and Excel.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint resources and process guides.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Enter and maintain accurate operational data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to make sound judgments
- Ability to connect and work within a team environment
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to job functions/situations that will change quickly
- Reliable and dependable attributes
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Effective computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Infinium, LINK, and Web Browsing
