Position Summary: The Parts Acquisition Specialist facilitates pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity, documenting and processing orders. The Parts Acquisition Specialist is also expected to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of each part and effectively communicate requests. Duties / Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory controls in warehouse environments
Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners
Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled
Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 2 days
Documenting and processing orders for shipment
Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
Other duties as assigned.
