OFFICE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
- Perform the duties of the Administrative Operations Manager in their absence.
- In times of need assists the operational managers and park operations staff in the park, as delegated by Administrative Operations Manager.
- Support integration and training of new employees.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Provides branch administrative support in the form of answering telephones and word processing.
- Responsible for communicating proper documentation on discrepancies to Administrative Operations Manager and employee accountable upon delegation.
- Additional responsibilities may be added at any point to include administrative assistant help, projects, operational tasks, etc.
- Prepares and updates Unit Addendums for employee handbook as necessary or as delegated by Administrative Operations Manager.
- Supports and maintains a secure and safe cash room. Managing limited access to only approved personnel by General Manager of location. Keeping all personal items outside of cash room/office.
- Responsible for issuance and checking in all banks at, ensuring sufficient paperwork & daily closing sheets are turned in.
- Responsible for proper uniform handling in the absence of Administrative Operations Manager.
- Responsible for performing cash pick-ups and change orders on a needed basis.
- Certain administrative tasks can be appointed such as the implementation of legal paperwork, time keeping equipment oversight, HRIS management, recruitment support, engagement program support and progressive documentation support.
- Responsible for the counting of the daily receipts.
- Responsible for pulling & closing banks daily.
- Works quickly and efficiently to reconcile any discrepancies or questions regarding reports and/or balances.
- Responsible for I-9 and file management.
- Supports unit in being an example for Company & Client guidelines with regard to Sustainability/Conservation efforts. Displays knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as necessary.
- Supports SSA / Unit in driving community effort through hiring efforts, engagement activities, and focus on opportunities of giving back.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and daily paperwork.
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized.
- Demonstrates financial management, analytical, planning, and support skills.
- Thrive in a team environment while having the ability to work independently and demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer knowledge and skill level for intermediate office functions inclusive of cash management system online, POS systems, and excel.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Previous Experience
- Two-three years cash handling experience.
- Two years administrative experience preferred.
- One year of supervising/management experience.
- ServSafe or Food Handling Certified a plus.
- All education backgrounds accepted.

Holiday pay of 1.5× the regular rate is provided for hours worked on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Accrual rates, caps, and usage rules vary by location.
