Job Description

Trinnex builds and deploys digital products and advisory services that help infrastructure managers make better operational and capital decisions. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions Consulting, to lead AI and digital transformation engagements for utility clients — from early strategy and roadmap work through the design, deployment, and adoption of AI/ML, analytics, and digital twin solutions.

This is a client-facing role that combines technical depth with commercial judgment. You will advise utility executives, shape and scope new work, and own delivery on engagements that put Trinnex's products and data science capabilities into operational use. The Senior Manager, Digital Solutions Consulting carries broader responsibility for practice growth, account strategy, and mentoring.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to utility leadership on AI adoption, operational intelligence, asset management, and capital planning, including where AI is and is not the right tool.
  • Lead digital transformation and AI strategy engagements end to end: discovery, roadmap, business case, solution design, deployment, and adoption.
  • Design and deliver AI/ML, predictive analytics, and digital twin solutions that integrate operational, engineering, GIS, financial, and regulatory data into usable decision tools.
  • Drive business development: identify opportunities, scope and price work, write proposals, and contribute to win strategy and pipeline growth.
  • Establish AI governance and human-in-the-loop validation practices so that deployed models are accountable, explainable, and trusted by operators.
  • Partner with Trinnex product and engineering teams to move client needs into the digital product suite and to feed delivery learnings back into the products.
  • Mentor consulting and data science staff and help shape an efficient delivery model across advisory and execution teams.
  • Represent Trinnex externally through publications, conference presentations, and industry committee participation.
