Beginning Monday January 5th, 2026, you will train for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, with your choice of either an 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm class time. At Horseshoe Indianapolis, we prepare our academy students with a fully comprehensive Blackjack training course to give you the confidence to walk onto our grand casino floor and entertain our guests with your winning personality! Our training is very extensive and thorough, while providing a fun atmosphere for students to learn together while striving towards the same goal.

After graduation, all successful students will be licensed as a Part Time Dealer.

That's right! At Horseshoe Indianapolis, we pay YOU to come and join our team! Students are paid at a rate of $17/hr while they attend the class. After graduation, you can enhance your Table Games knowledge by learning even more games. The more games you learn, the more money you can make!

Graduating the academy doesn't guarantee employment. You'll have your time to shine during the audition process. Your success during that process will be the final step in sealing the deal to join our amazing team!

• Must be 21+ years of age.

• Strong math skills are preferred.

• The lights are brightest during nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Must be proficient in all department policies and procedures learned during the academy.

• Must embrace Indiana gaming regulations along with Caesars' policies and procedures.

• Must be able to stand for up to 80 minutes at a time when dealing or 2+ hours while supervising and work in a smoking environment.

• Must pass a pre-employment background screening.

• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license with the Indiana Gaming Commission.

A $22/hr guarantee will be in place for the first 6 months of employment beginning on February 6th 2026. This guarantee is a combined monthly average of the base rate plus toke rate and will be calculated based on hours worked.
