ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer-oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees, and the company. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations, and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position. May perform the Security Dispatch function if needed. Responsible for training, observing and documenting the knowledge and proficiency of new Security Officers on the casino floor as part of the on-boarding process. Must possess patience, strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills. May also assist in completing special projects as assigned by the Shift Manager or Director of Security.
QUALFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED is required; college level-training is preferred along with prior experience working in a casino security department, law enforcement or training position. Valid Motor Vehicle License with good driving record. Must be able to wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations.
