Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Content Specialist to support the Creative Team in developing, capturing, and editing short-form and digital content that enhances artist storytelling and drives campaign impact.
This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and digital culture—helping shape how our artists connect with fans across platforms. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on creator and an organized operator, capable of delivering high-quality content while managing the logistics that bring campaigns to life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video content for artist campaigns, behind-the-scenes moments, live events, and social-first initiatives
- Edit both short-form and long-form video assets, as well as photography and internal creative requests, as prioritized through the project management system
- Assist in developing creative concepts that elevate visual storytelling while staying current on emerging formats, platform trends, and fan behavior
- Support all phases of production, including shoot planning, gear preparation, and on-set execution
- Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and production equipment inventory, ensuring proper care and readiness
- Coordinate production logistics and timelines, including content shoots and liner capture requests, to align with release plans and campaign execution
- Maintain and update the Creative Content calendar, tracking artist availability (performances, studio sessions), in-town opportunities, and company events on a daily basis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Artist teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign strategy and artist voice
- Maintain organized media workflows, including file management, asset delivery, and archiving systems
- Coordinate approvals for production plans, creative outlines, and final deliverables with Creative leadership and management teams
- Support and collaborate with third-party videographers, editors, and external creative partners as needed
- Contribute to a steady pipeline of culturally relevant, engaging content ideas that resonate across platforms

Required Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After FX
- Strong understanding of video production, editing workflows, and digital-first content formats

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Strong creative instincts with an understanding of what performs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Passion for music, artist development, and fan culture
- High agility and adaptability to change.
- Must be able to maintain high confidentiality.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in film, media production, or a related field preferred.
