Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to both the Marketing and Digital Manager, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and artist development initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Artist Development
  • Support the Marketing and Digital teams in day-to-day management and execution of artist campaigns
  • Assist with creative asset management, artist content calendaring, promotional strategies, and release planning
  • Marketing & Digital Campaigns
  • Help coordinate and execute marketing and digital campaigns
  • Create and schedule email newsletters, blasts, and social media content
  • Assist in the development of rollout strategies and promotional activations
  • Content & Social Media
  • Track and analyze social media performance, identifying key trends and opportunities
  • Assist with influencer and creator marketing initiatives
  • Support the development of engaging content across digital platforms
  • Project Coordination & Data Analysis
  • Collect and organize campaign performance data for internal reporting
  • Maintain marketing and digital calendars, timelines, and budgets
  • Track streaming and sales data to help optimize marketing strategies
  • Administrative Support
  • Serve as point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Manage marketing and digital assets, deliverables, and project documentation

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years of work experience with marketing functions, including digital marketing, creator marketing, branding, and social media, preferably within the music industry or entertainment sector.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and be positive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members and other departments.
  • Must be able to maintain high confidentiality.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in music business, marketing, and/or communications a plus, but not required.
